Skedazzle Submission Terms and Official Giveaway Rules

Skedazzle is a brand of Monyx Brands LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Monyx," "we," "us"). These terms apply when you send us a story, review, testimonial, photo, or video (a "Submission") through a form on skedazzle.com, including the forms reached from the QR code on a Skedazzle bottle or the insert packed with it. By checking the box on the form and submitting, you agree to these terms.

Part 1 — Submission Terms

1. Who can submit

You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What you're giving us permission to do

You keep ownership of your Submission. You give Monyx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, copy, edit, crop, translate, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including our websites, social media, email, advertising, packaging, and retail materials, without further notice or payment to you. We may let our agencies, retailers, and advertising platforms use your Submission only to carry out those uses.

3. Your name and image

When we use your Submission, we may identify you by your first name and last initial and your city and state, and we may use your pet's name. We will not publish your full last name, email address, or street address. If you appear in a photo or video you submit, you allow us to use your image and voice as part of that Submission.

4. What you promise

By submitting, you confirm that:

  1. you created the Submission, or have the rights needed to give us this permission;
  2. everyone who appears or can be identified in it has agreed, and a parent or guardian has agreed for anyone under 18;
  3. it reflects your honest experience;
  4. it doesn't include anyone else's private information; and
  5. it doesn't break any law or violate anyone's rights.

5. How we choose and edit

We review every Submission. We don't have to use any Submission and may decline any for any reason. We may shorten or edit a Submission for clarity, but we won't change the meaning of what you said. We may decline to use, or leave out, statements about what the product does that go beyond its label.

6. When we publish

If we publish your Submission, we will make clear that it was submitted for a chance to win a free product.

7. Asking us to stop

You can ask us to stop using your Submission in new materials by emailing [email protected]. We will stop using it in new materials within 30 days. Materials already printed, distributed, or posted may continue to be used.

8. No payment, no other agreement

You won't be paid for your Submission, other than the chance to win described in Part 2. Submitting does not create an employment, agency, sponsorship, or endorsement agreement between you and Monyx.

9. Your information

We use your name and email to review your Submission, contact you about it and the giveaway, and keep a record of the permission you gave. Submissions and uploaded files are stored privately with our service providers. Submissions we use are kept for as long as we use them and for three years after, as the record of your permission; Submissions we don't use are deleted 24 months after we receive them. Part 2 — Official Giveaway Rules: Skedazzle Free Bottle Giveaway

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

Monyx Brands LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. Who can enter

Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3. Giveaway period

The giveaway begins October 19, 2026. The first drawing period runs from then through 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026. After that, each drawing period is one calendar month, starting at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on its last day. The giveaway continues until the Sponsor ends it by posting notice on this page.

4. How to enter

Complete and submit any of the entry forms on skedazzle.com with your first name, last name, and email address, and check the box agreeing to these rules:

  • "Tell Us Your Story" at the bottom of the home page, skedazzle.com (available to anyone; no purchase needed);
  • "Win a free bottle" at skedazzle.com/pages/bottle; or
  • the story form at skedazzle.com/pages/start.

Stories, reviews, photos, and videos are not judged. What you write, whether it is positive or negative, and whether you include photos or videos has no effect on your chance of winning. Limit: one entry per person per drawing period; additional entries in the same period are disregarded.

5. Drawing

Within 5 business days after each drawing period ends, the Sponsor will select one winner at random from all eligible entries received during that period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

One 32 oz bottle of Skedazzle Pet Stain & Odor Eliminator per drawing period (approximate retail value $34.99), shipped free to a U.S. address. No cash or other substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Total approximate retail value of prizes per drawing period: $34.99.

7. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email at the address they entered. If a winner does not reply with a U.S. shipping address within 7 days, or the notice cannot be delivered, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, a winner who accepts a prize agrees that the Sponsor may announce their first name, last initial, and state as a winner without further payment.

10. General conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify entries made by automated means, entries with false information, and entries that otherwise break these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned because of technical failure, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end it, and may draw from eligible entries received before then. The Sponsor's decisions are final.

11. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor, its affiliates and service providers, and their members, officers, and employees from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from taking part in the giveaway or from accepting or using a prize, except where the law does not allow such a release.

12. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Privacy

Entry information is used as described in Part 1, section 9.

14. Winners list

For the name of a drawing period's winner, email [email protected] with "Giveaway winners" in the subject line, or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor's address above, within 60 days after that drawing period ends.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. A Submission or entry is governed by the version in effect when it was sent; we keep a record of which version each one accepted.
