These terms govern your use of monyxbrands.com (the "Site"), operated by Monyx Brands LLC ("Monyx Brands", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. Products sold under our brands are governed by the terms published on each brand's own storefront.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Monyx Brands and its portfolio. You may browse it and contact us through it for legitimate business purposes. You may not misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or submitting unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and the Monyx Brands and Skedazzle names and marks, are owned by Monyx Brands LLC or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and patent law. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use our marks or content without our prior written permission. Skedazzle is a trademark of Monyx Brands LLC.

Inquiries and submissions

Information you send through the contact form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential information or unsolicited product ideas through the Site; we cannot accept obligations of confidentiality for unsolicited submissions.

Internal business applications

Monyx Brands operates internal software applications, including tools that connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, for the sole use of Monyx Brands owners and authorized personnel. Use of those applications is limited to Monyx Brands' own business data, is subject to the terms of each connected service, and is permitted only to individuals we have authorized. These applications are not offered to the public, are not licensed to third parties, and provide no warranty of any kind to anyone other than Monyx Brands LLC.

The Site may link to storefronts and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Information about our brands, products, and pipeline is general in nature, may change without notice, and is not an offer to sell securities or a guarantee of any outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monyx Brands LLC and its members, managers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
